"My experience with Adrian, from the Loves Park, IL State Farm Office, has been nothing but simple and pleasant; even though we took care of one of the more important and complicated things in life...Insurance! My impression of Adrian is that he is very knowledgeable, professional and competent, while maintaining a friendly and caring attitude. Adrian was very attentive and focused to where he was able to discern our top needs through all my ramblings. That's a very desirable quality to have in your insurance agent. He quickly earned my trust and respect through the few phone calls we had to set everything up. I also know that he's just a text message away if any of our needs change, which is just beautiful! We are both thrilled to be part of the State Farm and look forward to many years of hopefully never needing their assistance.
